We are committed to providing an excellent service bespoke to you and fitting exactly how you use your car.
Our website allows you to view prices and tasks included in standard services, to book these online, add specific tasks to these to best fit your use of your vehicle and add any additional items you are concerned with. You can also delete certain tasks from the standard service if you wish. It is also possible for you to select a non standard service and specify exactly the work you require on your car.

A collection and delivery service and BMW courtesy cars are available for small charges which can also be booked online or by ’phone.
We confirm your service requirements in a Service Schedule Agreement unique to you and your car, complete with the likely costs, agreed date for the work to be carried out and how long it will likely take.
We will keep you informed of the progress of your Service Schedule Agreement by ’phone, text or email - whichever you prefer.
We also provide a customer reception area with refreshments, books, magazines, TV and radio if you wish to have your service completed whilst you wait.
